Meggin McIntosh, Ph.D. and Larry Kramer, V.N.P. founded Pumpernickel Publishing, LLC in 2006. At first, only books for teachers were published, but because Meggin's work through Emphasis on Excellence, Inc. spans wide ranges of professionals from higher education, business, government agencies, and school districts, the scope has been broadened.
In 2009, Pumpernickel Publishing, LLC is moving forward with additional titles and offerings. Stay tuned!

“The word pumpernickel has always been one of my favorite words, even
before I’d ever tasted the bread,” Meggin says. “Somehow I always knew I’d do
something with the word. When we decided to start our publishing company,
I thought... 'perfect... Pumpernickel Publishing.'" |
